Welcome to the Healthy Posture Club. My name us Todd Ball. I am the creator of the Healthy Posture System and clinical director at the Healthy Posture Club. My job is to make sure you safely restore your ability to function from healthy posture.
As a manually trained physical therapist that is also pilates certified, I have been putting bones back in alignment and developing treatment plans to try and keep them there for over 20 years.
8 years ago, I stopped treating symptoms and started teaching patients how to put their own bone in alignment before strengthening exercises. This is the guiding principle that drives the HPS. The human skeletal system is designed perfectly. If we can restore your ability to function and perform fitness from healthy posture, we will address the foundation of your pain long-term.
It takes 6 to 8 weeks of supervised neutral spine conditioning to function from healthy posture.
