We have unlocked the mystery of chronic neck and low back pain. Joint misalignment caused by collapsed sitting and standing posture. These joint misalignments in the spine serve as the foundation of most shoulder, hip and knee pain conditions as well.
In 2015 stopped treating the symptoms of chronic neck, shoulder, low back, hip and knee pain. We developed the Healthy Posture System that combines 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning with proprietary joint clearing techniques to condition our clients to function from healthy posture. The key to transforming posture and movement is clarity. We must establish a clear understanding of what healthy posture is and cue it consistently throughout each workout to change your movement patterns. This video reviews our 4 Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment. You will learn each one of these principles in depth as you progress through the program. The HPC will condition you to apply these 4 principles in all your daily activities, fitness, sport and recreational activities.
Please watch this video before your Healthy Posture Club Posture Screening so that we can ensure the HPC is right for your needs and goals.
