Regenerative Medicine Prehab Program
Welcome to the Healthy Posture Club Regenerative Medicine Prehab page. Our mission is to help you get the most out of your regenerative medicine dollar. Completing this 6 week program will break the faulty loading patterns that drive the joint misalignments that cause your pain. You will condition yourself to perform your daily activities from neutral spine alignment for long-term injury management and prevention.

Step #3: Schedule a Posture Screen to allow a physical therapist to ensure you start the program at the appropriate level.
You will be medically guided through the program virtually consistent with your physicians instructions and protocol. Your HPC physical therapist will guide your through the program with detailed home exercise instructions which will be provided after each virtual workout session based on your performance.
