Never start your day without joints out of alignment. The HPC joint clearing routines teach you how to treat the most common joint misalignments. The objective of this workout is to improve your functional mobility into neutral spine alignment with major emphasis of upper thoracic extension (aka Chest Lift®).
Neutral spine conditioning is not fitness. It requires a strong understanding of the 4 principles of neutral spine alignment which can only be taught through virtual training sessions. The cost of your subscription includes 4 virtual private training sessions a month to safely progress through the program to break faulty loading patterns that serve as the foundation of most musculoskeletal pain conditions.
Perform this workout every morning to start the day without joint misalignments and maximum access to neutral spine alignment. Perform this workout every evening to wake up less stiff the following morning.
Progress to level 2 of the program within 2 weeks unless otherwise advised by your neutral spine conditioning coach.
